All UK orders are dispatched from London. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with the original tags attached.
How to return
- Email returns@creaseLondon.co.uk with your order number and reason.
- We'll send you a prepaid returns label within 24 hours.
- Drop the parcel at any Post Office or collection point.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving the item.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To swap for a different size or colour, return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days at hello@creaseLondon.co.uk — we'll sort it immediately.
